RESCHEDULING + REFUND POLICY: GIGIL, LLC does not issue refunds for classes, special event tickets, summer camp reservations, Elite Scientists STEM Kits, GIGIL STEM Kit Subscription Boxes, class packs or membership purchases. Elite Scientists STEM Kit purchases can be canceled before the item has shipped with a 15% restocking fee. GIGIL STEM Kit Monthly Subscriptions can be canceled before the billing date. Any cancelation requests received after the billing date will be honored the following month. No exceptions. 3 month, 6 month and 12 month subscriptions cannot be canceled before the stated term. Subscriptions will automatically end after the stated term and can be renewed upon request. All cancelation requests can be done online or must be submitted to hello@gigilplay.com. Classes and other reservations can be rescheduled with notice prior to the class or reservation start time.

Credits will be given at the sole discretion of management.
